Criterion 1: Demonstrates a high degree of subject/discipline expertise 

I have been with the university since May 2007, thus a total of 7 years at the end of May 2014. I am of the opinion that I have grown as a person, teacher and academic in this short period, and have adapted well from being a primary school teacher to being a university academic. I believe that the data provided in this portfolio will support this opinion, and my belief that I have achieved a considerable amount over this short space of time.
