Reflection and reporting in order to assist with future planning

Attached (click here) is an example of my personal reflection in order to report and improve the module PSPL301. These changes have been implemented as a result of this reflection and reporting. We have also integrated the PSPL301 and PSED305 year modules as a result of our experiences.
