Reflection from students to assist with the improvement of the module
Here is an example of a questionnaire that I use in PSED305, a student-teacher research module (click here to view the tool). The rationale for using this questionnaire is threefold: Firstly it enables me to ascertain the students’ experiences and needs, secondly it helps me to plan for follow-up sessions and thirdly, it enables me to make changes to the module based upon the responses of the students and as a result of personal reflections.
I also make use of my student module evaluation forms to adapt my Curriculum Studies in Mathematics modules for primary school teachers (PICM201, PICM202). Attach are files that contains students' responses:
